Chicken Express - Franklin

The fish is the bomb and the ladies work on the counter and line! I hope they're paid for the big job. Not sure if this is one of those places where the owners get dirty and the employees fight to come?

If I had no stars. There was no professionalism. The cashiers together with the other workers had an attitude as soon as we got in. Hopefully they can get better management to help this place.

I always had a high opinion about this place since he opened. However, I wasn't happy with my call order today. To begin with, the woman who responded to my call does not sound very interested, in fact they hanged on me before getting my name! When I called back to give it to her, she said?oh it appears?? Then when my husband picked it up, it had fried okra instead of the green beans I had ordered; I can eat okra. I also found French fries in my box and I didn't order them. If my husband didn't check out what was in the bag?.well.

Unfortunately, I have to read my reviews of this restaurant. It has fallen so badly in the last 4 years. I hate to go here, but my children like the fries and tea. We usually get feuea that were picked up or chicken that just warmed up.... If you get a mixed box, I hope you like dark meat because they give you almost never white meat if there aren't wings.

We have eaten at many Chicken Express across the region, and this ended up being one of the best tenders. Doesn't look like much, but food was great and the staff was friendly.
