Dunkin' - Franklin

This is one of the nicer Dunkin' Donuts locations. It's clean and well-lit. I dined in for breakfast, and I found it to be a great value, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a solid 5 out of 5 as well.

For some strange reason, whenever I place a mobile order, I don't always get everything I ordered, which means I have to drive back. Normally, I wouldn't be too upset, but this time I was annoyed because the cashier was laughing while I was receiving my order. I don't find anything funny about that. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 and the service a 2.

Greet service, always staffed and ready. Fast with hot food also which you don’t always see at Dunkin’. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Worst customer service. Girl worker slim with eyeglasses look like she was on something , very irritable, inpatient rude, there is more that I 'm not going to mention here. I canceled my 24.60 order and took my family somewhere else. My advise: Stop at another dunking donuts location who will provide better customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
