Ground - Franklin

Nice folks and good food.Suggestion:I guess I’m old fashioned… whenever I use a self order computer to order pay over $14 for a dine-in lunch burger and fries, then add a $3 tip, I expect a person to bring the meal to my table and to look up from their iPhone occasionally to check on me.

The food was hot and good, but not great. A tad over priced for a burger and fries. The baked potato had a bad spot that mostly ruined half. The restaurant was way too hot. It was a hot day, but the AC definitely needed a upgrade, it was truly uncomfortable inside. The restroom needed a cleaning and the menus were dirty and the tables could have used a good wipe down. Not going to be a place that I would come back to, but it was ok for a quick over priced lunch.

I had been craving a good sloppy hamburger for a while. I'm glad we found this place. I had the bacon mushroom swiss burger. It was delicious!!! My husband got the pioneer burger and added bacon. He said it was really good!The fries were fresh and seasoned well. This is a great place to go for a fresh cooked burger!!

I've had my fair share of bad fried chicken tenders, but these ones take the cake. They were so bad, I'm not even sure they qualify as food.The first thing I noticed was the color. They were a sickly, grayish-brown color. That should have been my first clue that something was wrong.The second thing I noticed was the texture. They were rubbery and tough. They were like eating a piece of rubber that had been dipped in batter.The third thing I noticed was the taste. They tasted like nothing. There was no flavor whatsoever. They were just bland and tasteless.I took a bite and immediately spit it out. It was one of the worst things I've ever tasted.I don't know what the restaurant did to these chicken tenders, but they did something very wrong. They were inedible.I would not recommend these chicken tenders to anyone. They are the absolute worst I've ever had.Look at how burnt these are!!!And the ramekins were melted!!

Just went to Ground for the 4th time in a few months. The food was the BEST I've had since we started coming. I ordered the DIY burger with tots and a side of fries. First, everything was served fresh and HOT. The seasoning on the burger itself was great and the tots/fries were crispy and FRESH. I was served by the new GM, Scott who was working the grill himself as he looks for more good help. I am confident that Ground is in good new hands and we will be coming back more often! Thanks Scott and Walker!
