Jaxon's Downtown - Franklin

We passed through town to explore the stunning waterfalls in the mines. Our hotel provided a list of local restaurants, and Jaxon’s was included. We ordered cheese sticks and a medium pizza. The pizza was decent—not the best I’ve ever had, but certainly not the worst either. The menu had a nice variety of options worth trying. 10/29/22

Delicious, absolutely delicious! The service was quick and friendly. A perfect spot for newcomers.

You can find one of the best restaurants in Franklin. Great friendly service, usually fast to get your food on the table. Have everything on the menu and it's always great!

We ordered bread sticks for appetizer and waited at least 30 min. Had to ask waitress before we finally got her. 10 wings each. Wait for 30-40 minutes and only got them after we check the waitress again for our order. Overall we were waiting for food for over an hour. The waitress was very slow and uncomfortable. Wings had no other season than the sauce and could hardly taste. Most were very dry. Can get better wings at zaxbys. Very dissatisfied with the service and quality of food. That was Thursday at 4:15.

The wings are nothing special. The pizza dough was pretty good but the rest I can't comment on. What I mean by that is I got a 14 with pepperoni Italian sausage and Xtra cheese. The toppings had no flavor the cheese tasted like cheese but the sauce pepperoni and sausage had no flavor at all it wasn't bad just no flavor
