Jj's Woodfired Tavern - Franklin

We ordered here for the first time this week. The food was amazing even though each time something was messed up with it we kept quiet. Tonight I drove out of my way extra to go pick up food everything we asked for in our calzone was on the side in little cups. The girl responded well you still got all the toppings you asked for and offered to replace it I asked if I could please speak to the owner because it would be another 2 hour round trip to go back and I asked if I could get a credit not even my money back the credit. She told me they would start making my calzone and the owner would meet me there in 45 minutes then 5 minutes later call me back to see the owner wasn't going to replace the calzone at all. I have never been to a restaurant that refuses to fix their mistake and they will be getting the better Business Bureau called on them

Pretty much the only restaurant in Franklin, pizza is decent. update: got 3 pizzas takeout tonight and dough not cooked it was a real let down. I remember it being way better in the past. initially gave it 4/5, I’m dialing it back to 2/5

Great pizza and very friendly helpful waitstaff. We go every year when we vacation here. It's become a tradition

It used to be great, but tonight the service was rude, and the cheese on the pizza wasn't even melted and the dough was uncooked. To top it all off they added a 3% surcharge for credit cards. I ended up throwing the whole pizza strait into the trash.

Excellent pizza and haddock special and superb service! We all loved it!
