I felt like it was a good amount of food for the price. I was interested in trying the brisket and ribs but they didn’t have either available. I’ll share a photo of the menu so you can see all the other options available. I have my own chef at home who smokes the best meat I’ve ever ate so we always enjoy trying other’s meats to see how it compares. The time it takes to smoke the meats is lengthy so I can appreciate the time and effort that goes into this process. I’ll be back to try different food items in the future. We ordered some to go meals for family members who also said they enjoyed their pulled pork sandwiches and sides. The restaurant is located on the backside of the building and within a complex of other shops. There is a small arcade with seating available to relax in while you eat. The restaurant is tucked away from all the other Main Street stores, so I never even knew it was there and glad I stopped on a whim. Be sure to check out the bakery, dog store, and taffy store while you are there!
Amazing casual BBQ spot! The mac and cheese is thick and creamy, and they have a Piggy Mac which tops the mac and cheese with delicious and saucy pulled pork. The ribs are tender and fall off the bone. They also have chicken, which I personally did not try but I have heard great things about!
I love this place! The food is great, reasonably priced, and they now deliver! My whole family loves it. I also love that they have safe options for me I have to be gluten free for health issues) and I haven't had any issues with their food. A great place in downtown Franklin!!!
Excellent barbecue in a beautifully restored building in the center of town. I was in town for 4 days and had lunch at Jays 3 different times. I kept on coming back because I wanted to try everything. That sauce is truly the secret to delicious.
My partners and I all had lunch at Jay’s Tickle-My-Ribs BBQ at the Liberty Building Vault shopping area. We loved all of the fabulous BBQ and sides. We had ribs, pulled pork, chicken and brisket with slaw, beans, Mac’N’Cheese and seasoned rice. What a treat! The staff was friendly and focused on making us happy. Everyone wore face coverings and the tables were spotlessly clean. It was a great lunch and I recommend that everyone go by and do the same! The restaurant has walk-up windows for ordering as well in the rear parking lot area. I spoke with Jay afterwards to tell him how much we enjoyed lunch. He is a great guy and every person in Franklin should go by and try his BBQ this month.
