Contribuisci feedbackI just ordered a three-piece big box at the drive-thru and requested the original recipe along with butter, honey, and jelly. The blonde girl at the window with tattoos told me that the butter, honey, and jelly were in the bag. After driving home about five miles and getting ready to enjoy my meal, I discovered that I only received one original leg; the other two pieces were extra crispy. There was also no butter, honey, or jelly in the bag, and I didn't get a receipt either. It seems she didn't want to give me what I ordered, which is probably why I didn't receive a receipt. I'm left stuck with this meal. Thanks a lot, KFC Franklinton on 31 and Commerce.
I recently visited the drive-thru and ordered two large mashed potatoes with gravy, a small mac and cheese, and a small coleslaw. When I got home, I realized they forgot the gravy. I’ve been trying to call the restaurant for the past 30 minutes, but the phone just keeps ringing busy. I spent nearly $20 and didn’t receive my full order.
This was one of the worst food experiences we 've ever had, if I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered almost $70 worth of food. It was all wrong, not one thing was correct. We asked for a refund but the manager offered to make it all fresh andcorrectly. So we get home and the food is disgusting, tasted rancid and our chicken wings were **** and RAW ON THE INSIDE! Iwent back to the restaurant and took them all of it. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn 't, the general manager had towhen she was in the next day. I got all the information and now the phone number rings busy....how convenient! I will becontacting corporate and get my money back!!!
Lucky there isn't an option for 0 stars ! Chicken were low quality meat , greasiet chicken I've ever eaten , full of gristle and cooked in old oil. Absolute worst chicken I have ever eaten period ! And $21 for 8 pieces of chicken ! I will never eat hereagain !
I absolutely love KFC's mashed potatoes—they're the best! Unfortunately, this location has been the worst I've ever visited. The staff is unprofessional, and they have forgotten items from my order each time. When I request a receipt, it seems to annoy them. This place really needs new management and better training for the staff. Given the money I've spent and the frustration I've experienced, I don't think it's worth returning.
