Employees need training on customer service and how to talk to customers bad service the manager sucks she does not know how to take care of customers

This Subway is one of the only places my family and I will eat out at in Franklin. It’s always clean with great service and great food. The staff is so friendly and provides excellent service. A place my whole family loves! I love that the staff washes their hands and puts on gloves in front of me every time.

Bread was dry and hard. Felt like it was stale bread. Eggs felt like plastic.

When I started to pay for my food, they would not take a personal check, they would only take a personal check from one certain person so if you go there make sure you have cash on you.
