Subway - Franklin

Honestly, I don't think this restaurant should have been rated. Every time I have tried to use the drive-thru, I end up waiting at least 5 minutes behind a car that is already at the window, and then I have to wait even longer for another car to move up. I understand the importance of fresh food, but shouldn't fast food also be fast?

The service at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff are enjoyable to interact with. The ambiance is always clean and welcoming, with fresh ingredients used in their dishes.

Stopped in to this Subway for a quick sandwich. Was greeted with a warm smile and hello. Order was taken quickly and served quickly. Meal was hot and tasty. Been to this location several times and the service and food has been consistently good.. . Will be returning.. . Dr. Marc PS 63:7

I stopped to refuel and brought my grandson in to use the restroom. The staff was friendly and helpful.
