Toppers Pizza - Franklin

We order pizza from here quite frequently and have had a mix of experiences. Overall, the service is generally good, but I do think they struggle with staffing during peak times. About 20% of the time, our order isn’t quite right. For instance, with our most recent order (10049) on Friday, we didn’t receive our breadsticks. There have also been occasions when our pizza was missing paprika. Additionally, the Mac and cheese pizza can be inconsistent in taste and quality. Despite these issues, it's still a great pizza place with a convenient location.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and always ensure that everything is just right. Before the food is served, two team members double-check to make sure all the sauces are included and that the order is correct. The atmosphere is lively, and they even play music, which adds to the fun vibe every time you visit.

I'd rate this place a 102 out of 10! I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again. It's the best pizza I've ever had. Ameena took great care of us, and we had an overall fantastic experience! As a truck driver, I'm here for a few days while my truck is in the shop, and my passengers and I decided to grab a pizza since it was one of the few places open at 1:00 AM. I'm really glad we chose to come here!
