Brasas Peru Bistro - Franklin Square

I've been having a love hate relationship to brasas peru lately. the quality is inconsistent ahhhhh and I hate to say that if it is good. it's sooo gutdddd. so much that I tend to play Russian roulette with the order here. Why did my 19-dollar salate lack and had the worst part of the iceberg? if you ran out, tell me so I can order something else. her personal is really friendly and friendly. once my hunch was undercooked. they personally delivered a new order. seufzer, who must pour this salate, it is near 20! I have paid less and still a good salate. iceberg is also cheap, it is not as if there are mixed greens. I guess I'll pay for the laugh, and don't let me start this poor sad avocado! three stars, because as I said, if it is good, it is good, but resistance is necessary.

Great service and very friendly staff! I've eaten here a few times; most of those visits were enjoyable, but my last experience wasn't as good. The dish had way too much salt, making it nearly inedible. When I mentioned that it was overcooked, they did offer to replace it, but the new dish was still quite salty. They really need to pay more attention to the seasoning here.

I really enjoy this restaurant, and the food is usually delicious. However, during my most recent visit, I ordered the chicken and unfortunately had to re-cook it myself several times. Some parts of the chicken were still red and undercooked. If I wanted a side of salmonella, I would have asked for it! I had to abandon this order. I really hope that next time they ensure the chicken is properly cooked so that other customers don't end up getting sick.

I went with my whole family to brasas peru to celebrate Mother's Day. I had high expectations as it was recommended to us. unfortunately we had a very bad experience. pro good chicha morada great ambiente cons wait more than an hour for our eating poor service! I had to ask the waiters on teller so we could eat our appetizers properly. the seco con frijoles de carne was super salty. the causa rellena tasted old the zeviches was ok, but not the biggest we lied. when I made the reservation, I was told that there would be picarone. Once we had set ourselves, we said they had no pikarone. never again.

The food here is fantastic! I've never had any issues with their meals. Although the restaurant is small, the delicious food more than makes up for it. It's my favorite spot whenever I want to dine out.
