The shakes are delicious and are a great meal replacement.I think getting things through Doordash Ubereats sometimes messes up the quality but these are consistently yummy and its perfect that theyre vegan :

They hours do not reflect they hours they are there or answer the phone nor do they bother to post a closed sign so ppl are stuck tryna look inside to see if anyone is there

Honestly came here I purchased a drink and I felt off with the energy I tried to keep a smile but instantly walking in was a bit off and though it was herbalife I didn’t get the the cheery energy that I would at most places . Drink was good but I didn’t feel too comfortable bummer I will not be coming back .

Rude, rude, rude. I was considering getting something here but I changed my mind. I will not buy anything from this place located on Franklin/Hempstead. The two girls at the front lack good customer service skills.

4 stars because overall, this place is great. That's a fact. What I got was delicious, visually appealing, and the inside of the store felt good being in. But, this store presents itself as a healthy option and I believe it isn't. Tasting it, it is obviously very high in sugar or some artificial sweetener, which i wouldn't mind fitting into my diet when i can budget calories for a treat like that, but i would have liked to have known before. Actually it's my fault for making the assumption it would be healthy based on the name and that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I'll go back again when i feel like treating myself to ice cream.
