Pizza Pizza - Frankville

Visited this location at about 12:15 on April 6th. The tables were a bit messy, but the food was typical for Pizza Pizza. I must say, I have worked in the food industry and I do have some concern about this location which might influence my decision to go to a Pizza Pizza in the future. A lady returned a slice of pizza after she had it in front of her at her table, as it was not what she asked for. I watched the worker then try to give that slice to another patron as it was the kind that they ordered. Thankfully the customer was paying attention and advised that they wanted a fresh one. The worker then put it back on the counter, presumably to put it back in the case or to give to someone else. I made a point of explaining that it should go in the garbage and after telling him a few times, he finally disposed of it. I question this location's business practices. Why is it if i call to order, i can't get in touch with the physical store employees and I'm directed to somewhere similar to a call centre asking me to confirm my address, only to tell me they don't deliver there? I have never been directed to the building in brockville, only to somewhere else?

The food quality and services are top class and the maintenance was great. Love to visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
