Solstice Bistro creates a very intimate dining experience. Low lights, soft music, PHENOMENAL FOOD! My date and I had the Braised Bison Short Rib and the Cattleman’s Cut Brisket (10/10 highly recommend! . The drinks were off the charts as well. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely give this place a visit!
What a hidden gem! Delicious food and amazing service. Griffin was excellent and will be definitely coming back. Ordered the carpaccio, short ribs, smoked salmon, and brisket and every single plate was delicious. And finishing with the cheesecake was the cherry on top. Such a lovely place!
The coziest and warmest atmosphere! Incredibly gracious and lovely staff. We got the Salmon and the Short Rib and ate every single bite. Such a slice of heaven!
Delightful staff, delicious meal. The mushroom ravioli was amazing!
