We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Vintage House. The chapel is absolutely gorgeous. Our coordinator, Alorea, kept everything running smoothly. Our reception was amazing. The food was wonderful. We had so many guests tell us how good the food was. The servers and bartender were awesome. Yvonne helped us with lots of questions. We had an amazing experience and we highly recommend Vintage House!!
We recently were at this location for a large family gathering. The food was amazing. The staff was 100% attentive. The banquet hall was beautiful and so clean. I highly recommend Vintage House for any occasion.
I wish I could give more than five stars!! My daughter was married in the chapel and also had her reception there. It was wonderful!! The staff were wonderful and helpful! I highly recommended Vintage House!!!
This is a mixed review. I attended an event at VH a month ago. The food was very good and so was the service. While there, I asked our server if VH hires 15 year olds. She said they did and that her son works there. She gave me an application for my son to fill out and said that Feb is slow, but March starts to get busy and there would be plenty of events he could work. So my son turned in his application and listed a friend of his from school who works at VH and also recommended he apply. His friend said that Doug, the manager, threw out my son's application because he wrote crew member as position applied for instead of server and that he misspelled his friend's last name. Apparently the worker shortage that is affecting many businesses doesn't apply to VH. I'm very disappointed that a manager at a family-owned local business casually throws out the application of a Fraser High School sophomore without even interviewing him. I will not be returning to VH for any event whatsoever.Response:You have a valid point with the rating I gave you based upon the treatment my son received. Review ratings should be based on food and service only, I was wrong to write that.I should have contacted you personally to discuss my concerns and disappointment. A phone call from your manager to my son to clarify the position my son was looking for would have been the professional action to take. His misspelling of his friends' last name was done phonetically, he has only known her for a few months. Considering all the grammar errors in your response to me, his misspelling shouldn't even be an issue.I understand that the 1st quarter is slow, your server told me that. I was disappointed that my son wasn't even asked to come in for an interview in preparation for future employment. When our mutual friend said he contacted you, I felt confident that these misunderstandings would be rectified but your manager had no idea that the friend recommended my son for a job. That falls on you for not informing your manager. My concerns are as valid as yours. My son is a hard worker, dependable, and trustworthy. He would have been an asset for your establishment. I will remove both of my comments from Google's review site. But I will not be visiting your establishment again and my son no longer has any interest in working at Vintage House.
