RANGOLI MULTICUISINE RESTAURANT

We chose this restaurant based on reviews but were disappointed with the experience. The waiters were unprofessional and seemed more interested in pushing quick orders like biriyani. We were there for a quick lunch between the Bylakuppe monastery and Abby Falls, but half of the items on the menu were unavailable. They also said it would take an hour to serve us for unconvincing reasons. After a long drive from Bangalore, we were in a rush to get to our next destination and found the staff to be inconsiderate and uninterested. Additionally, the restaurant was hard to locate as it was on the 4th floor of a building with few signs outside.

Well we picked this place based upon reviews here. Needless to say it was disappointing how most ppl fail to serve a holistic review. My experience was very different and unpleasant.Unprofessional waiters. They dont care much about what you want, they are eager to push you to order what they can serve quick like a biriyani.(By the way we were there for a quick lunch between the bylakuppe monastery and Abby falls)Then they did not have half the stuff mentioned on the menuThen they say they will take 1 hour to serve due to lame inconvincing reasons.After a 5 ish hour drive down from bangalore and yet in a rush to get to the next place, I did not find the staff considerate, empathetic, understanding, interested or bothered enough. Plus was not easy to locate as it is in the 4th floor of a building and not much boards on the outside.

We had narrowed down on this place for lunch based on the reviews. However , it was a total disappointment. The place was such a mess that we walked out even before ordering. More of a bar than a restaurant. Such a shabby place!! Please avoid. Wonder how they managed to get such good reviews. Poorest of the poor rating from my end.

Today was our last day had seen good reviews of this place it was easy to find as the location was good they have lots of local food which u can try and mind u its good in taste service and price are reasonable

Stopped over here during our last travel to Coorg. Decent lunch options for lunch and priced moderately as well.
