Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Frederick

I ordered online in wrong branch , after I called them they said we can not change it and have to send an email to refund my money. unfortunately I sent out 5 times email to different email address that they gave me , but nobody answer me and time when I called them 5times again and as same nobody gave me answer just pass to another one!!. its $21 but they costumer service is worst. Super creamy ice cream. Flavors really pop. The waffle cone tasted fresh made. Walk up or drive through service. Maybe a little pricey, but I think it was worth it

The location, the parking, and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Kids swinging on the drive in metal guard...someone will fall someday and get ran over. Recently advertised free ice cream if you show up in PJs. This is ok if you are under 10. Crocks, PJs, and the Maryland flag! Have some class Frederick!

Was a perfect spot to get a treat. They are generous with their scoops and toppings and are super tasty.

I came a little close to closing time so i understand if everyone was trying to leave early. Google said 11 and i got there a little after 10. There was a woman up at the window before me so i thought they were still taking orders. I parked and when i got to the window everyone was still inside but no one came to open it to even to say they were closed early. It was extremely rude bc they would come up close to window to do something on the tablet up front and not say anything or even look at me. So it wasnt even like they didnt notice me or anything. They couldve just opened the window and said they were closed it wouldve been fine. I went back to my car after being ignored for like 5 mins and as soon as i left everyone inside came out and got in to their cars that were parked all around me. We all made eye contact and it was extremely awkward. It was just extremely rude it wasnt even 10:30 yet i guess everyone wanted to leave early but they couldve just said that. They spoke to the woman before me but chose to ignore me so it was just extremely rude. Ive never felt the need to leave a bad review for a place i feel like thats unnecessary but this is truly the rudest thing thats ever happened to me somewhere.
