Burger King - Frederick

The managers were very unprofessional and rude. we were told a thing, and our order came out to be completely different from what we demanded. we will never be to this place again. we were treated as much as we were.

I asked the manager and ask 3 times and every time she ignores me completely. I will never go back here again!!!

Brown salad. they would think with a new chicken sandwich promo that they could make the basic things right.

Thanks, lisa and crew! I hired a mobile order and didn't think it was placed, but it went thru. when I came home, I noticed that my card was charged. I spoke to lisa. she told me to ask for her when I was in the opposite and she would return my order. when I arrived. a week later, lisa was out, but a crew member remembered my problem and made me a hot and fresh meal. this is a great team always friendly and eating is always hot and fresh! they also make them welcome here! great job team bk!
