Many years of being a (too) regular customer and really appreciate the customer service with a smile.

I bought the Cookies N Cream cake and had them write Happy Birthday on it, when they finished I left. Little did we know it was missing an oreo! No biggie, however the old lad ran out the store to catch me as I was heading into my car. He explained that he forgot to place the oreo back and insisted I give him the cake so he can place the oreo back. Talk about dedication!

Sad to say I?ve had two bad experiences now? the first was when I requested and paid for additional toppings to be added to then finding out it wasn?t added because the worker was more focused on getting the line down? there were only 2 people in the line behind me which made no sense why she had to rush me out. This time I believe I got expired vanilla ice cream. I always order the same ice cream ?birthday remix? I know how it?s suppose to taste and this did not taste like that one bit, it tasted sour. Which I then had to throw the whole ice cream out.. I was highly upset because I paid a lot for it and really wanted some good ice cream to end my day .

I was in the area and decided to stop by to try an ice cream, I ordered coffee lovers only, it was delicious with well-roasted nuts, although I was hesitant because I am a chocolate lover, but I don't regret it and I am sure there will be other flavors just as exquisite. As for the staff, they treated me with care, remember that they are teenagers and we all go through that age and you are not born with experience, so I invite you to try an ice cream, live your life, be happy and let others live their own lives. Came for the vegan Silk chocolate almond milk based ice cream. Very good! Hope they will continue to get more vegan options and flavors.
