The best part is they have vegan options for every single one of the vegetarian corner options, which is awesome! However, I get the sense that you can't just ask for any dish to be made vegan, so just be aware of that. Vietnamese food uses a lot of fish sauces, so stick with the vegetarian corner and easy dishes like pho, and you'll be fine. The veg corner has so many delicious choices, I just drool thinking about them. There is delicious rich sauce for all of them, too. I don't usually like eating deep fried tofu, but here, they use large thick pieces, so it's not as rubbery as other places. While I'd still prefer just soft tofu, this is as good as it gets if you're eating deep fried tofu for Asian dishes. The noodles are great, so if you like rice noodles, you'll be very happy here. The veggies are scrumptious, and I love there are dishes with just veggies three of them, featuring spinach, bok choy and broccoli. The flavors are so fresh and delicious, I always want to order more. Eating rice noodles and rice with the veggie dishes though, I fill up relatively quickly. Tofu hot pot, green beans with tofu, a tofu with chili and lemon grass flavors. So many options for main dishes here, I love it. There's even a fried rice dish in the veg section. Appetizers include veggie summer rolls or spring rolls. They do not have brown rice, typical for more traditional Asian restaurants. I'm hungry again and will be back soon, I hope!
