Masser Toll House Inn - Frederick

This is a classic old-school restaurant. I ordered breakfast items such as eggs, grits, scrapple, and French toast, and everything was delicious. The interior has remained largely unchanged over the years, and while the booth seats are a bit worn and could use some renovation, it actually adds to the charm of the place. The service was excellent. I really miss restaurants like this!

The food here is like home-cooked meals. As someone who travels frequently for work, I always seek out restaurants like this one. I’m happy to give it a high rating. The service is outstanding—thank you for genuinely caring about your customers! P.S. Don’t miss the meatloaf on Wednesdays; it’s absolutely delicious!

The food was enjoyable. The Texas wiener is about as close as you can get to a White Star hotdog in Frederick. Rating: 4 out of 5.

They ignored us and refused to serve us, and I will definitely tell everyone I know to avoid this place. My family went there for Father’s Day and were treated terribly, like we were third-class citizens. The atmosphere is rude, and the staff is unprofessional. Service: 1/5
