Moved to Frederick from Silver Spring earlier this year and have been looking for two things, fufu and injera. I can happily say i've recently found fufu since I stumbled upon Motherland Kitchen. I ordered the oxtail stew and fufu and, it. was. AMAZING. The fufu was perfect for soaking up the stew flavor and texture was firm but creamy easy to mold and help each bite get just enough oxtail meat and stew. The ox tail stew came with a generous amount of meat, although, I probably could have eaten 2 3 more servings. The flavor was on point!I went again last night with a friend and we both ordered the ox tail and fufu, and let me just say, it's now my weekly take out spot.

She was close on the day we went but she opened up for us. We appreciated it.
