It can get a little crowded at times, but they're pretty good about getting guests in and out. The food comes out very quickly for the most part. Every staff member that I've ever spoken to at the restaurant has been very friendly. The bottomless fries are excellent! My favorite items are definitely the Whiskey River BBQ burger and the Chicken Caprese. If you don't know what to order, definitely try one of those and I assure you'll be satisfied!
This place still seems to be packed on weekends and it's incredibly noisy. There's a large menu and in 3 visits we've had some good, some very average choices. Most sandwiches and the cheeseburger were very good. Turkey burger was bad. Steak fries are all you can eat and pretty good. Sweet potato fries were bad and cost extra. Very thin and got cold and rubbery fast. Service was very good, but it's so noisy and then add backround music and the servers have to yell to be heard. It's impossible to carry on a conversation at your table.
We sat down about an hour ago (still here as I write this) and we witnessed a customer ripping the staff and management a new one over a misunderstanding that wasn’t the staffs fault so I wanted to come on here and tell you about the excellent service we received. The burger melted in my mouth, the fries and onion fries were delicious. The entire place was clean, staff had a smile on their face even after being wrongfully yelled at and the service was FAST! Tabby was our waitress and she was so nice, such a bada . Thank you for an excellent experience for my first time ever at Red Robin’s!
Tried out the new cheesy bacon burger with cheese fondue. It was pretty good. Place needs some maintenance done though. Booth seats were torn, walls had some black marks on it. Our server was really nice and attentive.
The food came out really fast and the service was good.
