Royal Farms - Frederick

The chicken is only good if you catch it out of the fryer. Usually its cold. The sides are kept in a refrigerator that they then throw in the microwave when you order it. It's never hot and fresh. Everytime I've ordered food they're also always out of something. You never get what you want. I will drive the four miles up the road to the Wawa from here on out.

The attitude of your employees in the food service area is terrible. Hire people who care about their jobs if they don?t care let them collect unemployment. The food is consistently bad at this location as well. Please do better Royal Farms.

Place is SO Dirty!!! Shame on Management/Owner for not taking pride in their store. Clean Your Store!!!

This store is the best in Frederick County! I appreciate with their service. It is far best than other store on English Muffin Way! The manager supports his staff! I thanked to Max who made my best order ever! I come here more often from now and on. Staff has the best respect ever I have met. The manager (not know his name) checked with me if I was okay. I gave him a thumb up. The black woman with light green shirt monitored Max. She was a good person too. I would give this store above five stars!

The cashier was nowhere to be found so I could pay. Then he said my phone number didn’t work for my points. He was hard of hearing and I had patience to repeat my number to him. He then became rude to me when I said I would redo another royal farms points card so I could get the reduced price on the gas. He didn’t listen and went ahead and just took the cash I was going to pay with for gas and said you have $40 on pump 11. And pretty much sent me to hell. I was so mad this guy is so rude and stupid.
