They lack customer service skills, the ability to say “You’re welcome” if told “Thank you” is non existent. The food here is cold about 90% of the time or fresh. I’ve spoken to the manager before to discuss issues at this location. He offered free meals which I appreciate however I see the issue hasn’t been fixed with the worker’s.
I really enjoy Arby’s and I am extremely disappointed about my visit today. I ordered a chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks and fries. I paid for my meal and received ny order. After pulling off I noticed that I did not receive the mozzarella sticks. I decided to try the sandwich but soon noticed that it as not cooked all the way. So I decided to head back to the restaurant for a refund of the sandwich and get the mozzarella sticks that I had already paid for. I returned back to Arby’s and advised them of the issue. I was refunded for the sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The worker advised that I would get the mozzarella sticks but fresh ones were being made and the cashier asked me to pull up to the white line and they would bring them out to me. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came. I got tired of waiting and had to leave. Very disappointed in my experience I was hungry and was looking for a fulfilling meal that never happened.

Got the fish and beef combo...Bread on the fish sandwich was dry and fell apart..Beef on the beef sandwich was not warm...Would i stop at this arbys again...probably not...The arbys in Mechanicsville ..YES!
Staff organized, food arrived in a timely manner, and clean environment. The two different fish sandwiches and crinkle fries. All hot and tasty,
