Chick-fil-a - Fredericksburg

I always go to the central park chics fil a for curbside for a fast bite and never had a problem. but I ordered a big frit and it could also be a medium and they were extremely salty. first time unsatisfied

This Chick-Fil-A is a high pace store sometimes they get overwhelmed but for all guests and myself to be patient with them if they missed anything they are glad to help and make it right the staff and Manger's are an outstanding bunch of great people.

Chick-fil-A is always delicious. The 1 star is a reflection of the service. Our cashier was great. My boyfriend had given his name for the order but I paid. We were standing side by side holding hands waiting for our order. It was very clear we were together. Then another person came out with a question about my wrap. He asked if I wanted dressing with it and I said no just Chick-fil-A sauce. He responded No Dan. Dan do you want any dressing? My boyfriend was confused and thought the guy meant on his spicy chicken sandwich and asked For my spicy chicken sandwich? No The guy responds no for the wrap. My boyfriend looked at me and I responded again, No just Chick-fil-A sauce This time the guy emphasizes my boyfriend's name and asks again. I respond again. So the guy goes no, no excuse me Dan what is it you want. Emphasizing name and want. ? My boyfriend says oh no she wants and literally repeated exactly what I said, and the guy finally accepts the answer.

This would have been 5 stars, however chic fila as a whole has seen a drop in service quality. Generally there is one item wrong or missing from every meal that we get when going here. Just like this time.

Drive thru is a joke. Can you please let me pull up to the menu before wanting my order. I don't like some kid asking for my order when I don't know any of my options. Very frustrating. I ordered out of pressure and did not get what I wanted because i could not see the menu. Missed business for chick Fila.
