El Jimador Azteca - Fredericksburg

Had lunch there yesterday it was the best Mexican food we have eaten in a long time. Food was freshly made. Service was friendly and first rate. It’s about time we got a great restaurant off Rte 17. Try it! You won’t be disappointed

Our new favorite place!! Everything was fresh and delicious. We had the Shrimp Chimichangas and the Shrimp and Scallop Fajitas...and Xangos for dessert....so good!! Service is wonderful...highly recommend this place!!

This restaurant is amazing! The food is excellent, the salsa bar is fantastic, the churros are delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is outstanding. I'm thrilled to have such a wonderful Mexican restaurant so close to home.

Went there for dinner. Food was delicious. We had the Steak Fajitas and Enchiladas. My server Claudia was pleasant and was able to recommend some very tasty dishes. I’ll be coming back again for sure.

We had our first dinner at El Jimador last night (12/02/17). I can’t say enough good things. The decor is warm and welcoming, as is the staff. Service was prompt and friendly. Oh, and the food!!! I had shrimp and scallops with rice. Fantastic! Fresh and cooked to perfection. My husband had fajitas and my mother had an enchilada/quesadilla combo. Equally fantastic, from what they said. I think we’ve found our new favorite restaurant.
