Quickway Japanese Hibachi

We were looking for something quick and close to eat for dinner and this place did not disappoint. I decided to read the Google reviews after eating. My input is that you're getting exactly what your paying for, fast food. Staff was friendly, food was made fresh, everyone was pleased. We all god bento boxes and a couple shushi rolls to share.

I went in the other day and found a small line and a few cooks working on orders. It took about five minutes of waiting to place my order and in 10 minutes or less I had my hot food. The menu is easy to pick from and the cashier was more than helpful explaining a few of the sushi options. The Hibachi is visible from the ordering line so that you can see orders being prepared. I ordered the spicy crab and shrimp sushi roll and it was very good. For my main dish I chose beef with noodles and some spring rolls. When they called my number I was asked if I wanted any teriyaki sauce added to my entree. They also have this stuff called yum yum sauce and it's delicious. The beef and noodles were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back soon.

The food is pretty decent their teriyaki sauce is sweet. Meat was very tender and thinly sliced. They charge $2 for extra chicken, though my husband couldn’t tell it was “extra”. It seemed about the normal amount fast hibachi places give. The bento box was pretty good 4pc California roll, 2 chicken dumplings, 2 small spring rolls, veggies, and a teriyaki of your choice (with rice or noodles). I don’t like their veggies; they’re steamed and very bland/soft/tasteless. I normally love hibachi veggies. I do not think here they are fresh. Extra yum yum sauce is $0.50. They don’t take AmEx. Bathrooms were okay; a bit dirty. High chair was stapled together and extremely flimsy my daughter is almost 3 and normally uses a booster, but they didn’t have one. If she’d been any younger, I’m not sure I would’ve trusted it as a safe seat. Would return for takeout.

Expectations are everything! This is not a fancy hibachi restaurant. It was exactly what I expected, and even more! The Chicken Hibachi was yummy and still warm despite coming from almost 20 minutes away. My sister loved the Spicy Crab Shrimp Roll (8 Pieces) I apos;m not from this area, but I would definitely eat here again. Definitely hit the spot.

Sushi was horrible I could barly eat it so I threw it away and plus on top of that they did even give me what I asked for!!! Do not recommend!
