Rebellion Bourbon Kitchen

The drinks are wonderful! I ordered an old fashioned and my husband ordered the Rebellion SOP. However the food was okay, had higher expectations and for a Wednesday evening, it took awhile to get the food. We would go again, but just for the bar. The aesthetic of this place is very appealing. Small but welcoming.

Decided to check out this place for a date night. Overall a good experience. Their drink menu is really good. Tried their Rebellion SOP drink and it was really good. Their food menu is average. Staff was very accommodating in getting g us a table. We ordered their Nachos, tuna sandwich and a chicken sandwich. For some reason all of it came out at the same time. Kind of awkward as we thought Nachos were an appetizer. Chicken on the Nachos were tasty but a little cold.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Wings were smoked which is not my favorite, bourbon cocktail as a little on the sweet side. Being picky, will probably update to 5 stars after my next visit when I find food and beverage more suited to my taste. Wife loved her ccocktail.

Fantastic spot in downtown Fredericksburg. The BEST bourbon selections, **** marys, wings and burgers we have EVER had/experienced. Top it off with incredible service and veteran owned! We will definitely be back very soon.

Finally made my way to Rebellion Bourbon Bar Kitchen FXBG. When i walked in i was greeted warmly by the bar tender lenzie. She made me a Bourbon drink with bourbon soaked cherries and it was delicious! For lunch I ordered the The Ramsay Bolton: whiskey bacon jam, aged cheddar, b b pickles, smoked mayo, lto, sesame bun And mac and cheese. Everything was delicious and the customer service was amazing!! Lenzie is a great bartender! I will be going back!
