THIS OWNER SERVED RAW BACON. His toaster does not work and he knows it. He literally put the bacon in toaster twice bc I asked for extra crispy and put it on my sandwich raw. Even made a comment that crispy bacon was the best. His coke cooler is also broken he was cleaning up the massive water spot and trying to fix it while it was sounding like it was about to die. THIS OWNER IS CHEAP AND DOESN NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE'S HEALTH HE IS EL CHEAPO!
I went here at approximately 12:43:18 of 3/17/22. First off the women who works there seemed irritated I interrupted her smoke break. Secondly she saw I had a coupon and waited until I got to checkout to tell me it wasn’t applicable Bc my chicken teriyaki had been heated up…. Also I asked for extra sweet onion sauce and was never given it. Please do better.
Walk-in order. Moment I walked in, the girl seemed to be having a bad day. Was very rude and slammed bread onto counter, squished the bread flat while cutting it, and then seemed irritable when asking what I wanted. She was rude from start to finish no matter how nice I was (I tried to understand being she may have been having a bad day). But, it is entirely unprofessional to carry an attitude and provide poor service to a customer who has nothing to do with how your day was going prior to them walking in.
I stopped visiting this Subway a while ago because there was a girl who consistently made my subs incorrectly and without care. However, some time later, I decided to give it another try. Today, I was served by a young man who was working alone with measuring tools, and he did an exceptional job. He maintained an impressive and efficient pace even with a long line of customers, showcasing excellent multitasking skills. He was polite and, despite his speed, crafted the subs beautifully and accurately. At one point, a customer voiced a complaint, and he handled the situation smoothly and professionally. Five stars to him! I’m happy to say that I’ll be returning to this Subway more often than WaWa, as long as they continue to train their staff like I witnessed today.
