Wingstop - Fredericksburg

I just placed an order, but my wings were too hard and my fries were overly salty. I was hoping for fries that were lightly salted.

This wingstop is awful. I came in to pick up a doordash order and they told me it would be ready in 4 minutes. After half an hour later, the food still wasn't ready, so I had to unassign the order and move on. I lost out on any orders that could've come in in that half an hour, and the staff were unprofessional. One of the workers was on her phone while she was filling drinks and another had her bare hand touching the ice that was going into the ice machine when she was refilling it. This place needs to get its act together. Great job guys!

I have never eaten at this restaurant before, but I recently applied for a job there. The manager scheduled an interview with me, but unfortunately, she failed to attend the scheduled interview. When I called the next day to reschedule, no one answered the phone. If this is the kind of management the restaurant has, I am not interested in working there. Good luck retaining employees and customers with such poor professional behavior.

I went to pick up my order and was informed that it would be ready in approximately 4 minutes. However, after waiting for over 25 minutes, my order still wasn't ready. While waiting, I observed a staff member refilling the ice machine using a container and touching the ice with their ungloved hand.

Great customers service, delicious wings, good portion
