Avatar Food Truck - Fredericton

It's uncommon to find South Indian cuisine, especially in vegan options. I absolutely love the masala dosa at Avatar; it's delicious, spicy, and quite filling. The other vegan option is the chana masala. While the naan bread is vegetarian, it isn't vegan. The veggie samosas are also vegetarian. I do wish they offered a mixed vegetable side dish, but I'm still thrilled to enjoy Indian food without having to prepare it myself!
