Burger King - Fredericton

Staff was extremely rude, my order was wrong. She apologized and said the guy was training, I said it was no problem. I was in no rush, I was friendly but I did want what I ordered for $70.She asked me what was supposed to be on the burger, then seemed annoyed with me that they had to remake it, she cut me off when I tried to tell her what it was supposed to be, saying I know, we are doing it ok then why did you ask me to clarify.

There's a door that's broken and the staff let it slam super hard. It's hard to relax eat a meal with a heavy metal door slamming every couple minutes. There are rules regarding doors in public spaces and this one would not pass any sort of inspection. I would recommend getting it fixed before some kid loses a finger.

Food is cold, sometimes the shakes just arent mixed, they shut the store down at noon (when i want to eat), there is a metal barricade that bangs and creeks and is genuinely startling that never stops making noise. the workers sometimes just wont take your order for 15 minutes. to further validate my review, i am a manager of a fast food store. dont go here. furthermore, their phone number on the website is discontinued.

Dont usually write reviews but this is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I have gave it multiple tries but it lacks in every way. Most of the time the food is barley warm and they don't have items they should as in onion rigs etc. Today I ordered a double whopper combo by combo number so they didn't misunderstand. Well I got a single and payed for the double. Tried calling multiple times and they will not pick up their phone. I am so done with this terrible restaurant. I will gladly drive across the river and clear uptown to the Prospect location to never give this useless place another dime of money. Oh and the staff are rude even over the intercom while ordering. STAY AWAY from this location. Would give it a zero if it was an option

Customers beware I was there last night and I placed my order. they round up your order without telling you.
