Shan Chinese Restaurant - Fredericton

When I am in the mood to splurge on some salty greasy Chinese food, this is my go to spot. The noodles are delicious and the food is quite fresh and hot at lunch time. Quick service and large portions.

Variety of items to choose from for this quick pick up Chinese restaurant in Kings Place. Have been there several times and service is always friendly and fast. Food has good flavor good variety and not over priced.

I get lunch here quite often - they have a snack size meal (rice or noodles + one item) that is only about $5 (taxes in) and generally pretty good. I usually have to ask the server to cut back a bit on the rice/noodle option, they don't skimp on that! Fairly generous with the second item as well.From the portions I see in their rice/noodle + 2 or +3 options, to me it would be enough for two meals or more....

I've been here a few times in the past year. I noticed the last time I was there that the food quality had been tremendously reduced. The food was no where as good as it was. I am quite disappointed with the recent changes to the menu. I will certainly not come back in the nearest future (unless it goes back to what it was)

Their combo selections are awesome and huge, everything just tastes so good you have trouble picking which items to overload your takeout container with.
