There was very little cheese curds on it, like VERY little!! The gravy was "okay", but not a lot of it either. Fries were good, nothing special, would have been better if hotter/fresher.It was also quite busy, as it was over Canada Day weekend, and quite dirty all over, tables, floors and washrooms. For significantly better poutine, drive to Cheese Curds in Oromocto.
The day of our wedding we had a hour drive from Fredericton to McAdam to get to our venue... to make sure we were well fed for the day, we planned to make a stop in for food (all dressed up and everything!) We were able to pre-order 10 meals and they were all ready when we arrived! They even went above and beyond and supplied gluten free gravy - AMAZING SERVICE!
The poutine is pretty good but it's not worth the price. You can find better poutine for a better price in the city.
I agree with some other reviews in that if you are going to specialize in just one thing - it should be awesome! Poutine here is good but I'm not overly fond of the gravy. I find that it has an odd taste, but that's just personal preference. They have lots of choices and the portions are big (the WOW size is huge). Having said that, if I'm going to pay $10-$15 for poutine I expect more (quality, not portion size).
