Three Sisters' Cafe - Fredericton

The 3 Sisters are from Vietnam and they have a nice pot of free delicious Green tea. They serve the best Vietnamese chicken noodle soup! We also went another time and enjoyed breakfast and had the eggs benedict with a yummy sauce and their ham and sausage crepe was delicious and both were served with home fries and an orange section, They also make their own Vietnamese sausage and what I had in my crepe was delicious. I want to go back and just have the sausage. The cooking area is open and the owners are very friendly.

I've been going to Three Sisters' Cafe for about a year now and they are consistently great. The staff/owners are absolutely lovely - some of the most friendly and welcoming restauranteurs I can think of. I don't view the menu as limited; they serve some of the staple Vietnamese dishes with an assortment of Canadian fare. The Pho and Vietnamese sandwiches are particularly good and worth trying. Their breakfast items are particularly amazing - eggs benedict, crepes, etc...They serve Just Us coffee products and are equipped and experienced to prepare any caffeine craving you might have. Great place to eat, hangout, or get some work done outside the office.

Good food and fantastic service in a laid back atmosphere. The BLT Omelette sandwich, the large chicken soup and the Banana Crepes were all prepared perfectly. Really good prices and some nice decorative art.

I've been several times for lunch for their veggie noodle stir fry or their veggie crepes. Really good Vietnamese cuisine. Very flavourful, just the right degree of spiciness. Be sure to have the free green tea, it's excellent. The decor is very simple but the women who run the cafe are very welcoming so the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

Been here several times. Always met with smiles and great service. Actually more like a fast food restaurant, food ready and served in not time. Simple meals, quite tasty although egg-rolls are VERY greasy. Portions are smallish but satisfying. Try the Vietnamese Coffee - quite different and pleasant to taste. We shall be back. Oh and price wise is very economical.
