Tim Hortons - Fredericton

My daughter and I was in to your coffee shop on Friday sept28thto have coffee and a fruit explosion muffin .

I had sausage and egg biscuit and it was good. Very convenient option on the way out of town.

I have been here maybe thirty times over the years, and i find this particular Tim's to be exceedingly well run. The manager is much in view keeping an eye on the staff and clearly doing a great job of teaching them. She is also quick to share a friendly word or two with the clientele. In winter it's pleasant to sit near the little electric fire.

Our motel was close by, so we decided to get some take-out breakfast. I got a bagel breakfast sandwich and my got a parfait. Both were very good. Service was quick. Nice stop.

We ordered a number 1 and a soup, sounds easy enough right? Boy were we wrong, we ended up with a soup and a sandwich. When we questioned Courtney as to the rest of her meal she shouted we got what we ordered. Now all ears are listening in the restaurant. She continued to be so rude the other patrons in the restaurant apologized for her actions profusely. We were not trying to get something for nothing just trying to get what we ordered. We asked for the manager and Kaycee was no help and told us there was nothing she could do. Once again the others eating in the restaurant felt our pain and also did not understand why the staff felt we needed to be yelled at. It's fast food people not a tough thing to get right.
