Akiba Sushi - Frederiksberg

I do not recommend this sushi restaurant. I ordered from them through Wolt, and not only was the overall quality of the sushi poor and disappointing, but my partner found a bone in one of the salmon makis. To top it all off, they refused to properly compensate us. Unacceptable food quality and appalling customer service.

Wanted to try a different place for our weekly sushi day but unfortunately terrible service with unjustified extra 30 min wait as well as sub par quality sushi and not enough ginger for the size of order. When forwarding our criticisms we were met with “Yes! but we are very busy” Never again and I struggling with understanding how they can be busy. A real shame!

Sad to say i find the service almost unacceptable. The treatment was not good, the food was just, ok, nothing special and the forgot our side dishes, even though we asked for them several times. I cannot recommend this place.

Really a good place. We delivered 800 pieces sushi to a party. Everything was nice and even guests who usually do not break around sushi was very satisfied. Fineer compliment is not shown.
