If you want to save a trip to the Alps, Kanton 27 at Frederiksberg is almost like being in Switzerland completely authentic and even delicious food.

We got Raclette (Eller how it is spelled) with the world's best pickled onions, cucumber and carrots, the balance of pickle can measure with freshness and the unexplained taste in kimchi, perfect for the cool cheese and all potato. Then we got wienerschnitzel, flat, offers, perfect pan, with tutteberries and fresh potato salad, which had the same fun, exciting and challenging kimchi similar tastes. If you love a classic wienerschnitzel, try Kantons, get a fresh, lighter experience, with the same depth in the taste, but where you can eat a Raclette before you eat a sumptuous meal. I am married to an Switzerland and therefore come regularly in Switzerland. A night at Kanton 27 is really like being a trip back there. Really good regional food, a fantastic wine card and superfine operation. It was really the long drive to the capital worth, and it is certainly not the last time.
