Contribuisci feedbackHave had takeaway from here in the past and it was great that there was an interesting selection of vegan dishes rather than the usual samosa and dahl. When we got there there was a new menu, completely different to the one on the website, and with a very limited range of options. The staff were friendly and made us a vegan biryani specially, which was very tasty, but we probably wouldn 't have chosen to go there if we 'd known about the limited menu in advance.
I have visited the restaurant several time in the past and normally enjoyed their food and service. My most recent visit proved to be somewhat disappointing since most dishes were unavailable no dosas or any sorts of bread,no biryanis and a very restricted number of curries. There was a single waitress who struggled to keep up and when we eventually received our starters they were cold. They did however redeem themselves with the main courses which, although not being our first choice, were very tasty. The explanation given was one of the cooks was off sick, but looking at other customer feedback this appears to be happening on an all to frequent basis. I do like this restaurant and would like to return but would recommend calling them on the day to confirm that they can offer their full menu.
Great food. Friendly, if not super professional staff. Reasonable prices. Ambience not so great — loud guests are not easily ignored. But all in all the place is to be recommended.
The Vegan, the Vegetarian and the Eater of lamb all loved their dishes and the Indian Syrah wine too.
If you want to try some tasty Indian food this is the place. Good prices and good service and great food. Go try it.
