Mielcke Hurtigkarl - Frederiksberg

We had a fantastic menu Metamorphosis (snacks 7 courses coffee and petit fours) with excellent wine pairing. The waiter team is very attentive but still creates a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautiful composed (pictures say it all), and...surprise with innovative symphony of different tastes and umami. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Looking forward to visit Mielcke Hurtigkarl with a couple of friends in October!

We went there as a table of two and we had the 7 courses that are 15 really if you count all the snacks and petit fours. The restaurant is stunning and the food was excellent. There is nothing more to expect regarding food, service...or atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Copenhagen.

I wanted to go there for a long time, and finally the day came. Everything was just as I hoped for with excellent service both regarding the food and the wine. The many courses were well prepared and with fantastic taste. The wine in the...wine menu was also an experience.

We had an exceptional evening at Mielcke Hurtigkarl. Really good food, excellent service and even better company. The Portuguese sommelier Jose Santos picked a really nice bottle of white wine for us Thank you very much ! Great experience during our stay in CPH we had only a better experience of excellent food with a harmonious wine tasting. Only the non-alcoholic drinks were slightly disappointing, as it was only a variation of kombuchas, with all the respect for the cook that came with all these recipes. Not to my wishes, the menu is delivered only at the moment you check out and I definitely dissimilar surprises. Anyway, I was glad to have a simple access as a wheelchair user.
