Contribuisci feedbackMy wife and I started a long weekend in Gl. Skagen with a visit to the Restaurant Hutfadet. Here we should take our first evening meal. We were taken nicely against, made a lovely table and there came quickly ice water and bread on the table. Good start. Then look at the menu card. We think that several of the dishes looked very interesting. We therefore ordered a few pieces each. First creamy fish soup followed by rhymes. We agreed with the waiter that there was room for more, we should also have dessert. The fish soup so welcoming it did not taste much. It was fresh and creamy it was not the night. It was very water. The cave was at the same level. Fresh and without taste. As a guest, you think, how can it be that a restaurant so close to the sea and with a menu card with some fish dishes on the map, can perform at such level? It became the two starters and a glass of white wine the evening. The day after was my wife and I went out and walk. We laid the way past the cabin again, as we would like to throw a look at their wine shop in the announced opening time. It was then closed on Friday mid September. The servant looked at us and opened up. It was a small shopping where we asked for a cup of coffee in the form of Cortado which could be enjoyed in the sun. Cortadoen was really tasty and spot on. I had to ask for another Cortado. It has not happened before in my life. Is Restaurant Hyttefadet worth a visit? Yes, but do not expect the big in that case you are disappointed.
Last year's first opening day 9 February. Even there were they ready with a smile and super good food. Thank you for the review.
