Karma Sushi - Frederikshavn

Delicious sushi, really good! Drinks are also great, beautiful cocktails! But the service was very slow, only a man who takes care of 10 tables... it is also on the expensive side, but the quality of food makes it. Too bad for the service... we wanted to order more, but didn't want to wait an hour to be served...

We ordered a table for 10 two days before. Our host sent an email with every order per person 24 hours before our reservation. Even then we waited 30 min before we got our drinks, and 1,5 hours for our food. Appetizers where delivered at different times, even with set menus. Main courses where 30 minus apart, so our expectations where quite disappointing. Even worse when the quality of the dishes quite high. The food is delicious and such an an experience, but when the waiting ruins the experience, that's such a waste. This is not the waiters or chefs fault but the management! Hire a second chef or make adjustments. This place could deliver such a quality experience and excellent food if the was delivered on time.

Food was amazing, but the wait for it was unacceptably long. Perhaps I should have expected it on Tuesday night during the off season, but honestly not good enough. Would have been four or five stars, but for the wait.

Some og the sushi was really good but most of it Where more interesting Than good. Karma seems to have lost its quality.

Sushi there has a bit more variety than usual, like all the fried types. But it’s a bit too expensive and we waited pretty long for everything.
