Contribuisci feedbackWe visited for a few days and I believe it is a great spot. The restaurant is very comfortable. I was inclined to give it five stars, but deducted one for the price versus value. However, this is simply my personal opinion.
The only negative experience I had at this restaurant was with returning and exchanging ski equipment. After taking a number, my party and I waited for 30 minutes without knowing where to go as there was no visible indication of available counters. Despite this, no staff member offered assistance or acknowledged us. It is clear that they need a more efficient work system and a friendlier approach towards customers. Greeting guests, offering assistance, and making them feel valued is crucial in providing good customer service. Neglecting customers and treating them as if they are invisible is unacceptable.
