Today we were in another situation. a gast in kystkroa had taken our private mooring. we called kystkroa to help in the registration of the hospitables where we were greeted with an aggressive tonne that this was not their problem. this could have been solved smoothly in seconds and all parties were satisfied. instead of offering such a service, they chose to do the opposite. so kystkroa loses us as a customer. the target group for kystkroa is boat drivers and boat drivers must help each other when challenges arise. we asked for help, but not getting. ps! for information are all places on the le side of the pier permanent private places.
