As a California native, I've been on the hunt for a great pho restaurant, and I have to say this place is truly the best in New Jersey. You can tell just by tasting the broth! If the broth is this good, you know the rest of the menu is exceptional too—it's the best broth around! My family and I visit almost every week when we can. My son, who is autistic, can be quite picky about his food. I asked them to prepare a special dish for him: plain yellow noodles with a certain sauce. The chef kindly made him what is called "Satay noodles." Now, whenever we drive by the restaurant, my son excitedly says, “Noodle, I want noodle.” Despite being a selective eater, he has fallen in love with their noodles. It's wonderful that we can all enjoy our favorite dishes together at this restaurant. You really have to try their offerings—they won’t let you down! I recommend starting with their #8 as an appetizer, and their pork chop with rice, along with the lemongrass chicken pho, are fantastic as well! I can't wait to visit again soon!
