Starbucks Coffee - Freehold

The best my order has ever been made at any Starbucks I’ve been to! They were crazy busy with a store full of people ordering plus a pile of mobile orders, yet all the employees were extremely polite and cheery. 5 stars!

I cannot have enough amazing things to say about the incredible staff at this particular Starbucks. I go there at least 2-3 times a week to get my wife and myself coffee and as a newer starbucks person it can be overwhelming with all the options and so many people and the fear of getting her order wrong lol.. they have been nothing short of incredible, patient, personable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The fact that the orders are always correct and taste great is awesome on its own, but as a customer service supervisor when I see outstanding customer service I feel it’s my duty to share with people since most of the times it’s negative reviews or complaints. They are fast and no matter who I have dealt with have been treated with the upmost respect. As insane as it sounds I actually look forward to my early morning trips there lol.. please be nice to them and they will help you with whatever you need and the drinks are always done right and fast even for such a busy location.. thank you PS that glass bowl is a tip jar even though apparently they aren’t allowed to say it.. some of you should definitely try to use it lol with the 90 customizations you have in your drink lol

Their mobile pick-up service is excellent. They never get my order wrong. Coffee is delish and accurate. The food is fresh and they always heat it up nicely.

This Starbucks location has phenomenal and quick service. The staff is very friendly, especially Tina! She is a hard worker and makes sure everyone she serves is accommodated to their expeditions, but that goes for the entire staff! Go get your Starbucks from this location, you will not be disappointed!
