The staff graciously accommodated our late take-out order, and we were absolutely impressed. I had never tried oysters Rockefeller before, but they were simply perfect—smooth and easy to chew. We also ordered a fried oyster po'boy and some pepper paste, and everything was excellent. We even returned for brunch on Sunday morning. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. We’re definitely planning to come back before our trip ends. It's well worth the splurge and comes highly recommended for those who are hungry and patient. The food is like a work of art; you can't rush it.
If you're looking for drinks and entertainment, this place is alright. However, the drinks are quite pricey. The food leaves much to be desired—honestly, I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything here. Given that it's a beachside restaurant, I expected fresher seafood, but it just didn’t meet expectations. The only thing worth ordering is the fried food. The waiter also seemed a bit inexperienced. Overall, we won’t be returning.
The food and service were adequate, but not particularly impressive. The gluten-free options were quite limited, but the manager was prompt in assisting me to ensure that my meal choice was safe for consumption. We appreciated the pleasant atmosphere.
While eating was good, drink was amazing, and the ambiance/view/beach top notch. a lot about price. our server was nice, but when we saw that another server brought drinks to another table and asked about them because they looked incredible, he could not tell us what it was and reacted by bringing us a menu to look at it himself. unnecessarily saying by keeping us from ordering one when we saw the $23 price tag. for 3 people, dinners and cocktails we spent $200. something. the most annoying part of the evening meal was the climate condensation, which did not drip on our table, where we had to eat strategically and exhibit drinks from the spray zone. 2. the most annoying was the service bell the barkeeper ranked every time when a drink was ready. our first round of drinks came wrong and instead of making new, I saw the bar delicate pour our drinks in fresh sauces and serve that instead of making them. still drank, but most of them wouldn't. for a big party of 16, everything in all it was not the worst. they tried.
Great burger, stellar mixed drinks, really friendly staff who do their jobs well, and a relaxed atmosphere that includes numerous hammocks and adult-sized swings. I definitely recommend this picturesque, super chill bar grill. Don't go to a corporate franchise like Chili's or On the Border. Go here for the warmth, charm, excellent food, and welcoming attitude of the neighborhood restaurant that the locals know and love.
