Bgf Bobby Q's - Freeport

I enjoy visiting Bobby's BBQ in Freeport. It's family property, and a black-owner business. You have a $5 lunch special up to 3pm, get 1 meat and 1 page. They make smoothies and sell alkaline water.

My first time to eat there on Wednesday night and was very pleased. The fish and shrimps were cooked for perfection. The Mac and the cheese had to be used for both the green and the green. You will not be disappointed if you try them.

Lady prefers your order is a phenomenon! Very helpful and nice! Food is also delicious!

This was simply disappointing, saw the good reviews and decided to give it a try. Starting to think people in the area don?t have taste buds or just used to mediocrity. First off fries are stale, flavorless, not even a pinch of salt. Seems like you get these at the grocery store from the frozen aisle. The fish was just laughable. No flavor, not crispy and definitely not fresh. How does a ?soul food? spot mess up sweet yams. Avoid this place, you?d be happier with a bagel and cream cheese. Avoid this place. To the owners do better.

Horrible food. Taste like Boxed galic mash potatoes and boxed shrimp. Horrible pork chops, not seasoned. String beans very undesirable. Catfish was so so, but i wouldn't buy any of it again. Complete waste of money except for the carrot cake and red velvet cake.
