The most wonderful fried shrimp basket with a delicate, light coating and piping hot! Plenty of shrimp comes with it. Good hand cut fries. The corn and crab chowder had good flavor, but hardly any meat whatsoever. It might depend on who is ladling from the pot. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I visited again to sample more dishes. I ordered the XL crab roll, which featured excellent toasted buns and flavorful crab, although it was a bit smaller than expected for the price. The coleslaw was decent, but it tastes better when mixed before eating; it was crunchy and fresh. I also tried the scallop basket, which had a good portion of lightly fried scallops. The fries were fresh and flavorful, but they lacked crunch—seeming more like they were just cut and thrown into the fryer without a double fry. Overall, it's a nice lobster shack.
